Below is a list of the current practices being held by the Mustangs:

Below is the process required for athlete medicals and Class A Volunteer Registration:
Athlete Medicals
These forms are available from the website for download. You must register on the site, verify your account (by clicking on a link that will be sent to the e-mail address that you gave when you registered) and then log-in to the site to get to the forms.
After you log-in you can click on the User Menu where is says "Forms". Please click on the "Athlete Enrollment (English)" or "Athlete Enrollment (Spanish)" and download the appropriate form. Please print them out and have them filled out by your athlete's doctor's office. Once they have been completed, please either scan the file, create them as a "PDF" file and e-mail them to me or send them to the following postal mailing address:

Class A Volunteer Registration
Each parent or coach is required to complete a Class A Volunteer registration every three years. This will require that the parent or coach fills out the Class A Volunteer registration form (required to be filled out every three years) and forwards it to the Head of Delegation, take an on-line course called "General Orientation" (only required to be done once in a lifetime) and take an on-line course called "Protective Behaviors" (required to be taken every three years).

Once these have been completed you will receive a form started that you have completed your registration and the date will be given as to when it will be time for you to complete the process again.
